Kylor Bassett is a certified backcountry lead guide and a cornerstone of our rider development team. With a calm, no-BS approach and deep terrain knowledge, he helps riders push their limits while staying sharp and safe. His coaching style builds confidence, control, and real-world capability in the mountains.


Jeremy Hanke is the seasoned backbone of the team. He has over two decades of mountain experience. He spends more than 100 days a year in the backcountry. He’s seen it all. Yet, he still rides like he’s got something to prove. A certified lead guide, Jeremy brings sharp instincts, dry wit, and hard-earned wisdom. When he speaks the mountain listens—and so should you.


Duncan Lee is a veteran backcountry athlete and educator with decades of mountain experience. His calm, professional approach keeps riders sharp and capable when terrain and conditions get serious. Duncan blends technical precision with mentorship that builds trust, skill, and real-world confidence in the mountains.


Rob Alford is a legendary backcountry snowmobile athlete and Ski-Doo ambassador based in Revelstoke, BC. Known for pushing into terrain few dare to ride, he fuses big-mountain vision with years of technical sled experience. Whether filming, guiding, or forging new lines, Rob’s fearless style and deep love for the mountains give riders both inspiration and confidence.
